How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Offerjoke Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page explains how to file a complaint and what you can expect. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
You may write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Offerjoke Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we matched you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Offerjoke Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider, or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@offerjoke.living and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
You can expect an email confirming receipt, usually within a few business days. We then look into the matter, which may involve contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state licensing board may be able to help.
