Who we are

Offerjoke Concrete is a referral service for homeowners in the Tarpon Springs area who are planning new concrete work. We are not a contractor. We do not own trucks, mix concrete or finish slabs. Providers do the work.

Why this site exists

Finding a concrete provider can feel like guesswork. Searches bring up long lists, and it is hard to tell who actually serves your street. We built Offerjoke Concrete to make the first step simpler. You describe the project, and we point you toward an independent provider in our network.

How a match happens

You send a request through the form or request a callback to check provider availability. We note the type of job, such as a driveway, a patio or a stamped finish. We also note where you live and anything unusual about the house. Then we pass your request to a provider who works in your area.

The provider contacts you, looks at the site and gives you a written quote. That quote is between you and the provider.

Older homes, extra care

Many houses here were built between the 1970s and the 2000s. Their slabs may have settled, cracked or been patched over the years. When you tell us your home's age and history, we pass it along. Providers can then plan for hidden surprises, like uneven ground or old repairs. A small concrete driveway repair may sometimes turn into a full replacement once the surface is opened up. If a slab problem looks structural, you may need foundation repair experts, which is a different trade. A provider can tell you what they see.

What we expect from providers

We ask providers in our network to be independent businesses that handle their own work. They should carry any licenses and insurance their local rules require. They should explain the plan clearly and put prices in writing. We do not supervise their jobs, and we cannot promise how any project will turn out.

What we do not do

• We do not set your price or schedule.
• We do not handle repair-only or customer-service calls for past jobs.
• We do not give legal, engineering or insurance advice.

How we are paid

Offerjoke Concrete may receive a fee from a provider when a referral leads to a job. You do not owe Offerjoke Concrete anything for being connected, and you are never required to hire the provider. Your final price comes from the written quote you agree to with the provider.
